Individual Therapy
This may be the time to talk with someone for individual support to learn how to better manage stress and difficult feelings you might be experiencing at this time. I have many years of experience treating anxiety, depression and interpersonal issues and use evidence-based practices. I also focus on skill building, resiliency work, self-compassion and acceptance to work through problematic situations and finding solutions. Through therapeutic support, we can identify and work towards goals to improve your quality of life while enhancing your personal strengths.
Couples Therapy
Couples work is a useful and sometimes one of the last attempts to addressing relationship issues. Every couple has experienced disconnection, betrayal and hurt feelings as a result of their partners actions. Commonly couples seek support at a critical time of their relationship to either learn how to rebuild and work through emotional injuries, or to begin the process of uncoupling-that is learning how to separate amicably. I strive to support each couple as they learn how to better relate with each other and find a new relationship style. My focus is on helping couples find their strengths and capacity to recover from problems while also fostering intimacy, communication, trust and individuality.
